Meet The Owner

 I am Andrea known as Queen. I’m known for servicing my clients with quality and head turning styles. I won stylist of the year in my city Cleveland, Oh. Hair has always been my passion since I was a young girl cutting, styling, and burning my doll’s hair, lol! As early as 12 I was styling my friends and family. At 20 years old I began working in the salon as a professional, 6 month’s later I had a full clientele. I worked at 3 salon’s where I learned hair techniques and the operation of running a business. Thankfully at the age 27 I opened my own salon named Palace 28. Last but not least I live off positive quotes such as “plan your work, and work your plan!”

Palace 28 was established in 2015. The name Palace 28 came from three things, the owners daughter birthday (Sept. 28th), the day she signed her lease and received the keys (Dec. 28th), and her upcoming birthday she was turning 28. A Palace is a place of royalty which the owner believes all women are queen’s. We treat our clients as royalty! We offer plenty of services such as hair, nails, pedicures, make-up application, semi permanent eye lash extensions, and continued education for professionals.
